My passion for cooking started from home kicthen with my family in Japan when I was child.
After a decade of my intense working carrier as a Head Pastry chef of the world reputable three Michelin restaurants, my cooking scene have moved back to my origin and started to enjoy cooking for my "Sweetheart" at my tiny home kicthen,
that is how The Sweet(he)Art Lab was born.
